Sambar Powder

Byadagi variety




Ingredients 3:

Mustard seeds

Methi seeds
1 tsp

Dalchini / cinnamon

Cardamom

Method:


Fry ingredients 1 individually till light brown. Set aside to cool.
Fry ingredients 2 together till light brown. Set aside to cool.
Fry ingredients 1 together till light brown. Set aside to cool.
Once cooled, mix all ingredients and blend it to a fine powder. Cool and store.

Tip: 


Cup size can be any for reference. Use any one cup of your choice depending on how much powder you would like to make.
