Method:
Heat a pan. Add oil, and mustard. Once the mustard starts popping, add the jeera, curry leaves, onions and saute till onions are translucent. Add the veggies, kasuri methi, salt, water and cook till soft. Turn off the heat. Add the schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well. Set aside for a minute.
Place the roti / chapati on a plate. Spread the mixture prepared in the center as shown. Roll the roti / chapati.
