Rava / Sooji
2 tbsp

Water
1 cup

Sugar / Salt
To taste

Jeera powder
¼ tsp
Use if you prefer adding salt.
Milk
2 tbsp
(Boiled and cooled / Warm) Optional

Method:

Dry roast sooji till golden brown. Add water, jeera powder and cook till the mixture thickens or reduces to half. Stir occasionally. Add salt to taste. Add milk.









Serve warm or cold.
