Masala Noodles

Ingredients:

Maggi noodles
3 small packs
With masala packs
Water
To cook

Salt
¼ tsp + ½ tsp

Onion
1 medium
Sliced
Capsicum
½ green, ½ red
Julienned
Oil
2 tbsp

Jeera
1 tsp


Method:

Boil capsicum in ½ tsp salt + water mixture till soft. Drain and set it aside. In a pan, heat oil and add jeera seeds. Once they start spluttering, add onions, ¼ tsp of salt and saute till translucent. Break the noodles into small pieces and add it to the pan. Add ¼ cup of water and fry the noodles well. Add the capsicum, maggi masala powder and ½ a cup of water and mix well. Cook covered till noodles are soft. 






Serve hot.

Tip:

Serve immediately else noodles will harden.
