Method:
Heat a tsp of oil in a small pan and fry the green chilli. Remove and grind it with raw mango pieces, coconut, salt, sugar and some water (as required). Heat a small pan with a tbsp of oil. Add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering add curry leaves and pour over the chutney. Mix well.
Tip:
Serve with a tbsp of oil if you feel it dry while serving with rice.
