Method:
Cook covered the chopped amaranthus leaves and onions together with a pinch of salt. Heat a tsp of oil in a small pan. Add the dried red chillies and tamarind and roast till light brown. Grind roasted red chillies, tamarind, salt, sugar, coconut, cooked leaves and onion mixture together in a blender to a smooth paste. Garnish with chopped onions.
