Ginger garlic chutney

















Servings: 3-4

Ingredients:


Content
Quantity
Comment
Garlic
3-4 pods

Ginger
1 inch piece

Dried red chillies
3-4 broken

Oil
1 tsp

Salt
To taste

Tamarind
1 small piece

Jaggery
1 tbsp

Water
To grind


Method:

Roast tamarind, dried red chillies, garlic and ginger in a tsp of oil till light brown. Remove and grind with salt, jaggery and water to a smooth paste.

       


Serve with dosa, pesarattu, upma, or any other dish of your choice.
