Amla / Nellikai Appehuli (Rasam)

Pressure cooked and de-seeded
Water
As required

Oil
2 tbsp

Mustard
1 tsp

Dried red chillies
2 broken

Salt
To taste


Method:

Grind the cooked amla to a smooth paste. Remove it to a tumbler and add water making sure the sourness of the amla is retained. (Taste it while adding water so that you can retain as much sourness 
you require). Add salt to taste. 




Temper with mustard and red chillies.




Serve with rice or drink it as it is.
