Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add urad dal, mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, add jeera, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, turmeric powder and mix well. Cook covered till tomatoes are soft and oil separates. Adjust salt to taste and add coconut. Mix well and cook covered for a minute more.
