Paneer Paratha
















Servings: 8 parathas

Tofu / Paneer
200 grams
Grated
Onions
2 small
Chopped
Coriander leaves
3-4 tbsp

Jeera powder
1 tbsp

Coriander powder
1 tbsp

Chilli powder
1 tbsp

Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Or half a lime
Salt
To taste

For Dough


Wheat flour
2 cups

Oil
1 tbsp

Water
To knead

Salt
1 tsp

Cooking butter / Ghee / Oil
For cooking



Method:

Mix all the ingredients under dough heading except the cooking butter and knead well to a soft dough. Cover and set it aside for 5 minutes. Mix all the ingredients under the filling heading and keep it ready. Make equal sized balls of the dough and roll it. Place a portion of the filling in the center and close the dough to cover the filling. Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll it into paratha. 





Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on one side. 



Flip it and sprinkle some butter / ghee and repeat the same on the other side. Cook well. Repeat the same with the remaining dough and filling.

Serve hot with curd and pickle.
