Method:
Remove the stem of the strawberries and the white part near the stem. Quarter the strawberries. Mix kalonji, saunf, chilli powder, salt and sugar with the strawberries. Heat the oil till it starts fuming and cool it completely. Pour and mix with the mixture. Store it in an airtight container. Keep the container near a window where sunlight can fall on it. Set it aside for 1 day.
Serve with roti’s, chapati’s, paratha’s, curd rice,……
