1 cup

Onion
1 medium
Minced
Coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp

Green chilies
2 medium
Minced (optional)
Oil
For cooking

Method:

Mix the dosa batter, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies and set aside. Adjust salt if required. (You can avoid green chilies if you don't want spice or add more if you want it more spicy)

Heat the paddu tawa and pour 1/2 tsp of oil in each space. Once hot, add the prepared batter mixture, cook covered for 2 mins or until it puffs up. Use a spoon and flip all the paddu's and cook for a minute more. Remove it to a plate. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
