Water
As required

Sugar
To taste

Elaichi powder / Cardamom powder
¼ tsp

Candied cherry
3-4

Method:

  1. Cut the fruit into half. You will find the seeds attached to the pulp.

  2. Take the seeds and pulp of all fruits in a bowl. Add a cup of water.

  3. Using hands just softly separate the pulp and seeds.

  4. Transfer the seeds to another bowl and add a cup of water. Now strain the transferred seeds to the juice bowl you used at first. In the strainer lightly rub the seeds against it using a spoon to remove the pulp. Continue step 4 till the seeds are completely free from pulp.

  5. Once seeds are completely separated from pulp. Add some more water to the juice if required while ensuring that the taste of the fruit is intact.

  6. Add sugar to the desired sweetness consistency, stir well till it dissolves completely and cardamom powder. Mix.

  7. Serve with candied cherry.
