Method:
- Cut the fruit into half. You will find the seeds attached to the pulp.
- Take the seeds and pulp of all fruits in a bowl. Add a cup of water.
- Using hands just softly separate the pulp and seeds.
- Transfer the seeds to another bowl and add a cup of water. Now strain the transferred seeds to the juice bowl you used at first. In the strainer lightly rub the seeds against it using a spoon to remove the pulp. Continue step 4 till the seeds are completely free from pulp.
- Once seeds are completely separated from pulp. Add some more water to the juice if required while ensuring that the taste of the fruit is intact.
- Add sugar to the desired sweetness consistency, stir well till it dissolves completely and cardamom powder. Mix.
- Serve with candied cherry.
