Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard. Once it starts popping, add jeera, urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute. Add the onion slices, salt, sugar and saute till translucent. Add the capsicum, saute and cook till capsicum is soft. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with raita.
