Method:
Wash and soak rice in a cup of water. Set aside for 10 mins. Combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, 1 medium sized onion and green chillies in a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add jeera, red chillies, ginger garlic paste, 1 small size onion, and saute till translucent. Add the green peas and mix well. Add the ground mixture and saute once. Add the soaked rice, curd, salt to taste, sugar, jeera powder, coriander powder, and saute. Cover the lid and pressure cook to 2 whistles. Cool.
Serve hot with raita.
