Method:
Pressure cook sweet potatoes for 3-4 whistles. Cool and peel. Dice the potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, once it starts popping, add jeera, curry leaves, green chillies and saute once. Add the diced sweet potatoes, salt to taste, coconut, mix well. Sprinkle some water and cook covered for a minute more. Garnish with coriander leaves.
