Method:
Mix chiroti sooji, besan and maida with salt. Add water little by little and knead it to a soft dough. Keep the dough covered aside for 10-15 minutes.
Divide half the dough into small balls while keeping the other half dough covered. On a clean platform, roll the balls into small puri's. Deep fry in oil till light brown and crisp.
Repeat the same with the remaining dough. Use it in making chats of your choice.
