Sweet tamarind lollipops

 

 

 

 

 

 

Servings: 9 lollipops

Ingredients:

Sweet tamarind
250 grams

Salt
To taste

2 tsp

Chilli powder
2 tsp

Chat masala
2 tsp

Amchoor powder / dry mango powder
2 tsp

Fork or toothpicks

Method:

Break open the tamarind, and de-seed it. Add salt, amchoor powder, jeera powder, chilli powder and knead it well to form a soft dough kind of texture. Beat it with pestel (mortor and pestel) to make it soft. Roll into balls. Pierce toothpicks / fork.




Serve after lunch / dinner as a digestive.

Note:

It is very good at reducing bile content.
