Method:
Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add jeera.
Once it starts popping, add curry leaves, green chillies, onions, salt to taste
and saute till onions are translucent. Add the cooked peanuts, sugar, jeerapowder, chat masala and mix it on low flame for a minute. Take it off the heat.
Sprinkle lime juice and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it as a side-dish or as a chat…
Note:
Do not add too much of salt while
roasting onions as peanuts are already cooked in salt water.
