Method:
Mix wheat flour, oil, salt and water and knead into a soft dough. Add a bit less salt as the stuffing would also contain salt. Keep it covered for 5-10 mins.
Mix mashed potatoes, mashed tuvar lilva, onions, coriander leaves, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, salt, red chili powder and lime juice.
Make small round balls of the dough and roll into small chapati.
Place a small quantity of the stuffing in the middle and cover the sides of the dough to form a small ball.
Roll this dough into flat paratha.
Heat tawa and cook the paratha on one side and flip it. Apply butter/ghee. Turn the paratha and apply butter/ghee.
Serve hot with pickle and curd.
