Tri-colored Spirali Pasta

Cut into florets, boiled in salt water for 5mins

150-200grams

Grated (You can use the cheese
of your choice. I have used amul processed cheese)

Coriander leaves

4-5 tbsp

Method:
Heat water in a container with 2 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil.Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat and put the pasta in it and cook till soft.
Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a kadai and add jeera.
Once it starts popping, add onions, a pinch of salt and saute.
Once the onions turn translucent add tomatoes, 1/2 tbsp of salt and cook.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, add cooked brocolli and mix.
Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
Add the coriander leaves and grated cheese. Mix well.
Serve hot.
