Method:
Mix the cubed raw mango pieces, salt and MTR chili powder in a bowl. Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds start spluttering add hing and turn off the heat. Cool the oil a bit and add this to the mango mixture and mix well.
Store in a jar and set aside for 3 days. Keep mixing once a day for 3 days. Serve.
