Rice roti / Akki roti

Ingredients:

Rice flour
2 cups

Water
As required

Spring onions
2 tbsp
Optional
Green chilies
2 large
Chopped finely or ground (optional)
Onions
2 medium
Chopped finely
Salt
To taste

Coriander leaves
2 tbsp

Oil
For cooking and greasing

Jeera
1 tsp

















Method:

Mix rice flour, salt, green chilies, spring onions, onions, coriander leaves, jeera and water and make a small ball.


Take a small round sized ball and spread it evenly over greased tawa.


Sprinkle oil over the roti and along the edges of the roti and cook covered for 2mins.


Flip and cook for 1 minute more.


Serve hot with chutney, butter, honey.
