Method:
Heat a 2 tsp of ghee in a kadai and add sooji and roast till light brown.
Add sugar, elaichi powder and roast a bit.
Add dry fruits and the remaining ghee and roast. (alternatively you can add dry fruits first and then sugar)
The sugar starts sticking a bit. Now add water and cook covered till sooji is soft. Add the 1/2 cup of ghee. Add more if required. Mix well.
Serve hot.
