Method:
Mix rice and dals in a vessel, wash it thoroughly and add broken red chilies, hing, salt, poha and curry leaves. Add water to cover the rice and dals. Cover and leave it for 4 hours or overnight.
Grind it to a coarse paste and set it aside for 2-3 hours.
Add a bit water if the batter is too thick.
Grease tawa with oil and pour a ladle of batter on hot tawa and spread it evenly in a circular manner. Pour a teaspoon of oil on the dosa and around the corners of the dosa.
Flip the dosa and cook on the other side.
Once done, flip again and fold it and serve with coconut chutney, butter etc...
