Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera. Once it starts popping, add curry leaves, green chilies, onions, salt to taste, and sugar and fry till onions turn translucent.
Add the cut okra, turmeric and saute till the gum of okra dries up. Add curd and fry till the curd dries up completely. Add coriander powder and jeera powder and mix well. Cook covered for 2-3 minutes or until the masalas' raw smell is gone.
Serve hot with roti's, chapati's, rice.....
