Paneer Burji

Ingredients:

Paneer / Tofu
150 grams
Grated or mashed
Oil
2 tbsp

Jeera
1 tsp

Curry leaves
1 sprig

Coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp

Salt
To taste

Sugar
A pinch

Lime juice
1 tbsp

Fresh green peas
3 tbsp
Boiled in salt water for 5 minutes and drained
Onion
1 medium
Chopped
Green chilies
2 small
Chopped


Method:


Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, once they start popping, add curry leaves. Saute for a second. 


Add the chopped green chilies and onion together. Add salt to taste, sugar and saute till onions are translucent. 


Add the cooked green peas. Mix well.


Add the paneer. Mix well. Add lime juice, coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the heat and set it aside for a minute. 


Serve hot with roti's or chapati's.
