Method:
Wash and drain poha and set it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add channa dal. Once it starts changing color, add jeera, mustard, curry leaves, green chilies, onions, cashew nuts, salt, sugar, and turmeric. Saute till onions change color or become translucent.
Add the soaked poha, sprinkle some 2 tbsp of water and mix well on medium flame. Add lime juice, coriander leaves, and coconut and mix well.
Switch off the flame. Keep it covered for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
