Fried Rice















Servings: 2


Ingredients:


Content

Cooked Rice
1 cup

Olive oil
2 tbsp
You can also use ghee or any other cooking oil of your choice
Carrot
1 large
Chopped finely
Coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp

Onion
1 small
Chopped finely
Capsicum
2 tbsp
Julienned
Red bell pepper
2 tbsp
Julienned
Salt
To taste









Method:


Boil water with salt and cook chopped carrot till soft. Drain and run cold water through it and set it aside. 

                   

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, a pinch of salt and saute till translucent. Add capsicum, red bell pepper and saute. Cook covered till soft. 

                  

Add the cooked carrots and mix well. Add cooked rice and mix well. Adjust salt and mix again. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Take off the flame. 

                  


Serve hot with raita, sauce....
