Method:
Mix wheat flour, turmeric, chili powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, methi leaves, onions, jeera and salt in a bowl. Set it aside for 2 minutes as the onions leave water. Add water little by little and knead it to a soft dough. Set it aside for 5-10 minutes. If the dough is too soft, add some more wheat flour and mix well.
Make equal sized balls and roll into roti's.
Heat a tawa and cook the roti on one side and flip it. Grease it with oil. Flip it and grease the other side with oil. Cook well on both sides.
Serve hot with yogurt and pickle.
