Method:
Heat water with 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil in a big tumbler. Bring it to a boil. Add the noodles (I prefer breaking into half as it makes it easy while mixing). Reduce the flame and simmer till noodles are soft. Do not overcook the noodles. Drain and run cold water through it. Add 1 tbsp of oil and mix and keep it aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add onions, a pinch of salt and saute till translucent. Add peas, capsicum, red bell peppers, salt and pepper and cook till half done. Add cherry tomatoes, red chili sauce, soya sauce and mix. Let it cook till tomatoes are soft. Finally add olives and mix well. Add the cooked noodles and mix.
Serve hot.
