1 cup

Ghee
2 tbsp

Jeera
1 tsp

Curry leaves
1 sprig

French beans
4 large
Chopped
Carrot
1 small
Chopped
Potato
1 small
Chopped
Green chili
2 medium
Slit
Coconut
½ cup
Desiccated
Coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp

Lemon juice
1 tbsp

Salt
To taste

Sugar
A pinch

Turmeric
A pinch

Onion
1 small
Chopped




















Method:

Wash and soak sago in water overnight. 



Heat ghee in a pan, add curry leaves and jeera. Once they start popping add onion, salt, sugar, turmeric and saute till onions are transparent.



Add the chopped vegetables and mix well. Add some water and cook covered till vegetables are soft.












Add the soaked sago and mix. Fry till the sago is soft. 


Add the coconut, lime juice and mix well. Add the coriander leaves and mix again. 



Serve hot or cold.
