Method:
Take a pan. Add oil. Once hot, add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add jeera seeds. Add diced Gherkins and saute a bit. Add 2 pinch of salt, mix. Add sufficient water to cook the gherkins. Cover the pan and cook until soft. Turn off the heat and add the chopped onion and mix. Cool this mixture.Add salt to the whisked curd and blend. Now add the cooled mixture. Heat oil and add broken red chilies. Add this to the curd mixture. Serve with rice.
