Method:
Dry roast wheat rava on medium flame till light brown and set it aside in a plate.
Dry roast oats on medium flame and set it aside to cool. Grind the roasted oats to a coarse powder.
Heat a tbsp of ghee in the pan and roast the onion till translucent. Add the grated carrots and roast for a minute more. Remove it to a mixing bowl.
Add the oats powder, wheat rava, salt, 1 cup curd, 3/4 cup of water, coriander leaves and mix to a idli batter consistency.
Set it aside for 5 mins. Mix again and add the eno fruit salt / baking soda and pour it to greased idli plates immediately and cook in idli cooker for 5-10 mins.
Check if the idli's are cooked by poking with a knife. If it comes out clean, then it is cooked else cook for 2-3 minutes more. Serve hot with ghee and chutney.
