Ingredients:

Content
 Quantity
 Comment
Rice
1 cup
Cooked
Curd
2 cups

Salt
To taste

Oil
2 tbsp

Mustard seeds
1 tsp

Jeera
1 tsp

Curry leaves
1 sprig

Dried red chilies
2 broken






Method:

Heat oil in a kadai / pan. Add mustard seeds. Once they start popping, add jeera, curry leaves, broken chilies and fry for a second. 


Add rice and salt and mix well on low flame.


Turn off the heat. Mix with curd. Serve with pickle.
