Spicy chaat chutney

Coriander leaves
1 big bunch
Coriander: mint leaves = 4: 1. Washed and Coarsely chopped
Mint leaves
1 small bunch
Washed and chopped coarsely
Onion
1 big
Quartered
Green chili
2 medium
Cut into halves
Lemon juice
1 medium

Ginger
1 inch piece

Salt
To taste

Anardana Powder
1-2 tbsp




Method:

Grind onion, green chili, anardana powder and ginger coarsely with some water. Add the mint leaves first and grind it well. Now add the coriander leaves bit by bit and grind well to a fine paste. Remove it to a bowl. Add the lemon juice and salt according to taste. Mix well. 

Serve. 

Tips:


It can be used with dosa's, idli's, as bread spreads, with chaats etc...
