Raw Rice
1 cup

Thick Poha
1 cup

Salt
To taste

Water
As required

Oil
For cooking







Method:

Wash and soak raw rice and poha separately for 2 hours. Drain water and grind rice and poha together. The consistency of batter should be thicker than dosa batter. Set it aside to ferment for 8-10 hours or overnight. Heat a tawa and grease with oil. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it on tawa in circles. Sprinkle some oil on the dosa and on the edges. Flip the dosa and cook on the other side for a minute. Serve hot with chutney.
